About Yvette

Yvette brings a diversity of experience in disciplines and organisations across the Learning, Organisational Development and Human Resources Profession.

Throughout her career she has taken opportunities that have built her skills and knowledge in all facets of Human Resources Management and Learning and Development.

With over 15 years’ experience in People roles, she has progressed through a variety of positions including HR specialist, generalist and management positions, HR project management and Senior L&D consultant roles.

Using this breadth of experience in learning and development, HR Generalist and Workplace Relations, Yvette has implemented a new approach to leadership learning solutions at the CSIRO. During Yvette’s session she will share with us insights that she has gained from taking a new approach to multi-level, scaled leadership learning. She will share with us her learnings and insights and some tips for how you might also approach a project like this.
