Enabling Sustainability Culture – A New Mandate for HR & Talent Development
Much attention on Sustainability focuses on the ESG, CSR programs and sustainable business practices. However, there is a new imperative to turn the attention more inward to the individuals by developing Sustainability as a capability and as a culture that enables employees to practice conscience-driven sustainability behaviours as a collective habit. HR/TD professionals play a pivotal role in enabling this imperative to be realized.
