How to Futureproof Your Workforce: Building Psychological Safety Beyond Compliance”. (ONLINE) - VIC/TAS Divisional Council
New legislation requires employers to take a risk management approach to psychosocial hazards in the same way as we address physical hazards in the workplace.
While there is a lot of information available about the 'What", many leaders are struggling with the "How" of proactively managing psychosocial hazards.
Relying solely on compliance and measuring outputs when it comes to managing psychosocial risk in the workplace runs the risk of only seeing the individual and not the broader system and culture.
Simplistic compliance takes a huge amount of energy (and cost) and limits our ability to enable people to realise their full potential and be their full selves.
This session will provide insights and unpack a blueprint for how to move beyond compliance and enable leaders to turn psychosocial risk management to their cultural advantage by taking a systemic approach.
