Have you ever wondered “How do they do it? How do Learning & Development professionals in other organisations come up with innovative learning solutions?”

Come along to the SA Divisional Council’s next event to hear from a panel of Learning & Development professionals who will share their innovative learning solutions.

The panel will discuss how they designed the solution, the impacts it had on the business as well as the secrets of their success.

As an audience member you will have an opportunity to ask the panellists questions while networking with other professionals.

Our Presenters:

Dr Olga Muzychenko (PhD, MSc, BA Hons) is a multi-award-winning management educator and researcher with a career spanning continents and industries. Having worked in over ten countries, she is passionate about influencing how individuals experience the world of work in cross-cultural settings. A seasoned facilitator, speaker and coach, Olga combines mindfulness- and neuroscience-based techniques,  empirical evidence about human behaviour and her warmth to ignite insights, change and growth for her clients. She will share her experience facilitating training and development for culturally diverse groups.

National AITD President, Abbie Taylor shares with us one of her favourite Leadership Development Programs that applies the 70:20:10 Model in a different way to what you may have seen before. This program is aligned with the organisations’ Leadership Competencies and is scalable across 3 different levels – Team Member, Manager and Leader; engaging internal employees to build and share content, along with external facilitators to lead group coaching.

Driving engagement and passion for the Weber brand internally and across the retail network is key to the success of the business.  Jane Calleja, Director of Talent, Capability and Development for Weber APAC, shares the cornerstone to programs used to build this connection to brand. Recently voted Australia’s 2nd overall most trusted brand in a Reader’s Digest survey, Jane shares how learning and development continues to support the goal of building brand equity internally, with business partners and consumers alike.
