Know Your Strengths, Grow Your Impact: Introducing the AITD Capability Framework
How do your current capabilities stack up in today’s L&D landscape? What are your strengths and what do you need to develop?
Join us for this one-hour webinar as we launch the AITD Capability Framework - a practical, tool designed in collaboration with the Australian L&D community to help L&D professionals at every stage of their career understand their strengths and grow with purpose.
Whether you're just starting out or have years of experience under your belt, this session will show you how the framework can guide your professional growth, provide language to describe your capabilities, and help you stay aligned with emerging practice across the sector.
You'll discover how to complete a self-assessment using the framework, how to identify areas for development, create a development plan and what support is available for your professional journey. We'll also briefly explore how the framework can be used by teams and leaders to build capability across their function.
This is more than a new tool - it's part of AITD’s commitment to advancing excellence in learning and development across Australia, including directly supporting your career journey.
