With 20 years of experience, Justine is a leadership development strategist, designer and facilitator who believes in making the rewarding but sometimes challenging work of leadership easier.

Over the last decade, Justine has held Director-level roles in management consulting firms. Her edge is leading award-winning teams and client projects across a broad range of industries including retail, education, energy and utilities, mining and resources, finance, superannuation, healthcare, postal services, professional services, and water services. Three years ago, Justine founded La Roche Leadership to bring the strategy and practice of leadership development closer together.

Prior to consultancy, Justine worked internally for some of Australia's largest companies in senior organisational development roles, designing and implementing leadership, talent and learning solutions.
