About Me
A highly skilled learning and development consultant with over two decades of experience in environments ranging from small not-for-profit organisations to national public service organisations and international corporates spanning service industries, health providers, the financial sector and most recently the performing arts.
With qualifications in Adult Education, Positive Psychology, Organisational Coaching, Mental Health and Training and Evaluation I am well placed to apply my personal passion for continuous learning and realising human potential to all aspects of individual, group and team development.I am also experienced in using formal tools which can greatly assist in supporting the self-awareness and growth of her clients. This includes accreditation as Strengths Profile Practitioner, Team Management Systems Facilitator, DiSC Certified Trainer and Hogan Certificate Level 1 and Hogan 360.
