About Me
A motivated professional with a medical background seeking a challenging environment that would make use of my unique skill set. I have changed Career from a Senior Medical Scientist to a Successful Medical Receptionist dealing with all levels of patients. I have employed conflict resolution and empathy to overcome daily problems (e.g. consistently reviewing cancellation lists/appointment times). Over the last four years I have acquired a higher level of administrative duties involving Medical Reception, Training and Events, Education, and Membership Management, completing a St John’s Ambulance First Aid plus Course and a Mater Training Administration (medical) short course.
