About Me
I am a mentally agile, safety, training and emergency preparedness professional with an absolute passion for helping others become better versions of themselves through vocationally inspired educational practices and processes. Experienced in coaching and mentoring staff and developing progressional mapping processes (competency matrices) and role succession profiles.
With almost 30-years’ experience in vocational education, including time spent as an internal HR generalist and recruiter, and involvement with various aspects of safety (I.e. incident investigations, internal auditing, and root cause analysis) I believe that I can add value to any role that I am fortunate enough to fill.
