I joined the Royal Australian Navy in 1990. Spent over 12 years at sea in this time and engaged in many shore training related positions relating to Warfare, Leadership and Management, Workplace Behaviours and now Engineering. A Bachelor of Adult and Applied Learning from University of Tasmania 2017.
