About Me
Libby is the AVP of Alpha Data Service, which is a global provider of data service for institutional investors. In this capacity, she is responsible for supporting State Street’s clients in their investment management activities. The data service include change management, client service, data integration and data analysis. She has over 10 years of professional experience across financial service and held several roles with fund accounting, fund operation and client service.
Libby received a Bachelor of Science in applied psychology and Bachelor of Management in human resource management from Tianjin University of Business in China. She also received a Master of Commerce in accounting and a Master of Logistics Management from University of Sydney in Australia.
Libby is fueled by her passion for understanding learning behavior and learning technology. She is keen to build on her knowledge and skills on learning & development and stay in tune with the latest digital learning strategies. Her determination of solving problem and taking actions has contributed her success at finance/banking industry. Libby believes people have potential and keep learning is the key.
