About Me
I’m a Safety and Training Manager working to minimise risks and create a ‘just culture’ through the guidance of risk management methodologies. My expertise includes leading high function safety and training teams, project design and management, high-level ICAM investigations, data analysis, interpretation and reporting, and the development and implementation of Learning Management Systems and eLearning packages utilising adult learning principles. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions through the use of risk mitigation and real-time data. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive can-do attitude when faced with adversity.
