Vicki Roberts
About Me
Vicki has over 20 years’ experience in business development, capacity building, project monitoring and evaluation, education frameworks, vocational education, teacher training, training and assessment evaluation and quality education outcomes, which are backed with a PhD and Masters in Education. Since 1995 Vicki has been assisting organizations establish and ensure quality outcomes through a systematic approach. From 1992 she has worked with Australian government and international funding bodies on tender projects for a number of sectors including youth, women, long term unemployed, disadvantaged and disenfranchised groups.
From 1990 Vicki has been designing and developing competency standards, curriculum and assessments to meet industry-led training needs. The training and assessment resources she has developed have been used by students and teachers/trainers as well government Ministries, industry, tertiary and high school environments in Afghanistan, Australia, Canada, China, Egypt, Kiribati, Kuwait, Mauritius, Pakistan, PNG, Timor-Leste, and USA. Vicki is a recognised education authority and has been a guest speaker at a number of international conferences.
