About Me
Nada ElGazzar is a freelance trainer since 2017 with around 190 hours of training. She has also worked for almost 3 years as an Instructional Designer responsible for creating content, designing training journey & developing course materials for several corporates in Egypt & Gulf Area. Nada created technical & non-technical training courses while working with several stakeholders & SMEs, targeting audience from different backgrounds while making sure that training materials are effective, engaging & match corporate goals & objectives.
Prior to that she spent 9 years in Orange Business Services designing Networks Infrastructures for global customers. Nada has always been passionate about human development & helping others unlock their potential.
Nada incorporates both her professional engineering experience and her passion for human capacity development and brings them together in an interactive and immersive workshop environment for youth development. Her multinational professional experience exposed her to cultural differences that resulted in a unique capability to handle various situations and personality types and bringing them together towards achieving common goals.
Nada is a qualified professional trainer with TRACCERT certificate from Canada alongside her Bachelor degree in Computer & Information Sciences from Ain Shams University. Nada worked with AUC & Injaz Egypt through various programs for youth development aiming at helping them discover themselves, deal with their surrounding community & maintain a green environment.
Beside her career, sports has always been an integral part of her life. She has been practicing air pistol shooting for more than 10 years & holds a gold medal in the 2007 Arab Championship.
