Easy Authoring is looking for an experienced instructional designer to design and develop practical hands-on workshops for technical audience groups. These experiential sessions will enable the technical audience groups to apply their knowledge in company specific exercises and case studies.
About You
You are an experienced professional passionate about applying current instructional design and learning science practices to ensure experiences deliver on-the-job impact. You love all things tech and have designed successful programs for tech audiences.
About the Role
· Consult with SMEs to build a curriculum that meets the goals that each skill cohort must achieve
· Propose a learning strategy (high-level design)
· Develop the content and material required for the program, for example, facilitator guides, presentation packs, handouts, job aids, etc.
You will need the following skills/experience:
· Previous experience designing learning for Tech audiences for example software engineers, cyber security, data etc
· Previous experience designing practical hands-on sessions
· Highly experienced in instructional design
· Passionate about applying current instructional design and learning science practices to ensure experiences deliver on the job impact
· Able to complete the end to end from TNA to hands on development of learning assets
· Must be able to scope the time to develop all deliverables
· Experience developing content to meet learning objectives
· Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop content
· Demonstrated ability to work to multiple competing priorities whilst delivering content with strong attention to detail
· Experienced in a range of software tools and able to quickly learn new tools
· Team player
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work to deadlines
· Able to quickly come up to speed
