The Senior Organisational Development Consultant will be responsible for:

Leadership development across our enterprise

• Co-design and deliver key strategic people and leader development programs​​​​​​
• Provide coaching and lead mentoring programs to grow our talent
• Project management of our leadership initiatives

Capability and Learning

• Facilitate and design experiences that grow our people’s skills and uplift performance and capability
• Lead the delivery of our corporate induction program
• Curate/create learning content including e-learning content
  

Talent and Performance

• Manage the end-to-end process for our talent management process and cycle

Diversity, Inclusion and belonging

• Lead key diversity, Inclusion and belonging events and experiences including First Nations, LGBTIQA and Women in Leadership

Change Management

• Create change and communication plans and thought leadership for key people initiatives
