Catalyst for the Total Quality Management & continuous improvement movement, and an accredited facilitator for DISC, Managing for Continuous Improvement (MFCI) through Tennessee Associates Inc. and certified with SAI and Exemplar Global as a corporate in house ISO auditor.
Many years prior experience in Human Resource Development, Corporate Training, Organisational Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Coal Seam Gas, Mining & Metals, The Vocational Education & Training sector, the Australian Beef export industry and Local Government.
