With a values-driven approach and a focus on intentional, purposeful leadership, I partner with individuals and organisations to create change in the areas that matter most. I believe that with the right support, plus a bit of determination and a little hard work, anyone can grow into the leader they aspire to be.

Outside of work it’s a little different, you’ll usually find me listening to music (or playing my drums), gardening, or cooking up my harvest in the kitchen.
