On the 14th of May in Brisbane, learning and development professionals from across Australia came together to celebrate innovation, leadership and excellence at the 2026 AITD Excellence Awards.
Held at the Sofitel Brisbane Central as part of the 2026 AITD Conference, the evening recognised individuals, teams and organisations shaping the future of learning through impactful, learner-focused and strategically aligned initiatives.
From transformative workplace learning programs to outstanding leadership and contribution to the profession, this year’s finalists and winners demonstrated the depth of talent, creativity and dedication driving the L&D profession forward.
