Gina Brooks is a seasoned Learning & Development expert with 25 years of experience and serves as the Director of Training x Design. Gina’s experience includes designing and developing fully customised learning solutions to a wide range of small, medium, and large corporations that drive long-term success for teams across diverse organisations.
Specialising in fostering positive workplace cultures through Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, and Emotional Intelligence, Gina holds leadership roles, including Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and President of the SA Divisional Council for the Australian Institute of Training & Development.
