Passionate about supporting people to meet their professional and personal development goals, Sandra has been an adult learning practitioner for over 15 years and an evaluator for over a decade. She believes that development is a collaborative and iterative process and incorporates numerous adult learning theories and psychologies into her practice to help her to best tailor the learning experience to meet the particular needs of the audience.

As an evaluator, Sandra is highly experienced in evaluating learning interventions of all sizes and types, from individual development activities to organisation-wide learning and OD programs. She has also designed and conducted numerous capacity-building workshops for other learning practitioners to help support them to improve their skills in evaluation.
