Pam Macdonald is an AITD fellow and has been one of our facilitators since 2015.
Known for her pragmatic approach and her energy and skill as a presenter, Pam specialises in leadership, communication, presentation and facilitation. With a career spanning public and private sectors along with professional and financial services, Pam has also worked and trained people in a range of functions from finance to warehousing.
Based in Bendigo in Central Victoria, Pam has been successfully running her own consulting practice since 2008 and has been proud of her association with the AITD which stretches back into the 1990s.
Pam is skilled at engaging her participants, passionate about enabling them to get results and can be relied on to get things done.
