Susan Raphael is a problem solver who helps people develop and enhance their skills, gain confidence and competence, and explore new ways of working towards sustainable solutions.

Susan brings extensive experience in leadership, training, facilitation, program and organisational design and development and cultural competence. Her expertise includes leading and implementing accreditation assessments, quality improvement, strategic planning, and review processes within the not for profit, government and private sectors. She also focuses on implementing values and vision into workplaces that align with personal and organisational processes so that retention and reward is bolstered.

Having accumulated skills and knowledge from over 20 years professional practice in management, education, health, community and human services, Susan contributes in ways that add value, opens space for exploration, engages with systems and processes in a diversity of environments to bolster solutions and productivity in increasingly complex and uncertain environments. Susan works with people to see help them things differently and aims at making their working lives easier, more harmonious, productive and fulfilling.

Susan holds a master’s degree specialising in organisational development and an international diploma in narrative practice.
